Really enjoyed our immaculately clean and air conditioned rooms in this hotel.
Everything was very good, favourable location very close to water taxi stop, the staff were outstandingly accommodating. The breakfast was particularly good and lovely, such variety, with croissants and yoghurt, as for instance. This hotel was value for money...

Everything was just excellent: the stuff, the room and the location at the heart of Venice.

Very good location, the staff was always very friendly, the room was always very clean, confortable and in a quiet area. The room was not big, but we already expected that (being in the centre of Venice), but really enough for us.
There was no lift. For us it was ok, but it could be difficult with bigger luggage or small kids. A bit expensive, like all hotels in Venice.

The hotel is very nice: the location is superb - in the center of Venice, near the Rialto and Accademia bridge. Also very convenient is that the Allilaguna Arancia Lince stop is near the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfest is exellent in comparison with other 3star hotels in Italy were I stayed previously.
The rooms are very small, but this is tipical to Venice.

The breakfasts were lovely and satisfactory with yoghurts, an unsmiling grudgring waitress, fresh bread, couldn’t ask for anything better. All staff was really kind, excellent value for money, would come here again.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The location is also a major plus, situated in a very good, quiet area right by the shopping area. The staff are attentive and provide great service, ensuring that guests' needs are met. The rooms, although typically small but adequate, are kept spotlessly clean with lovely white fluffy bath towels, giving a touch of Venetian style to your stay.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
